When did we forget to do our part in caring for the planet?
I am sure we all feel grateful for the place we occupy in this world. One way or another, we have made it this far. We know our time here is temporary, but… are we truly doing our part to preserve what we have?
The planet is not only the home that shelters us—it is also the place where we leave our mark. Let’s make that mark speak of how much we cared, of how much we protected what we hope future generations will enjoy.
I wish we could see the world through the eyes of young children: Children who marvel at everything they see, who are constantly discovering something new. These little ones hold our hands and trust us completely. They believe we are doing our best to ensure that the planet they will one day care for is healthy, clean, and filled with love.
Our children are trusting us… but are we worthy of that trust?
